My name is Guy Temoni-Syme. Married with children. My background is Finance and insurance for 10+ years. Rates that we pay is somewhat a statement on it's own. Higher premiums every year unavoidable due to Council Spending. 15%+ and more if your Behind on your rates. My amendment to this is I would look at rebate for on-time payments for the following year around at least 10%.
Let keep Maaori Wards. And Keep the relationship with iwi growing.
With Community wellbeing (including housing, Culture Preservation) and Celebrating Māori Culture. Here is a thought for voters do we need to separate Hamilton into two wards East and West could the elected cover all of Hamilton as one?
