My principal place of residence is in the North Canterbury/Ōpukepuke Constituency area.

I seek re-election to continue building on my achievements from this past term, with the key goal of balancing social, cultural, and economic values alongside responsible environmental outcomes.

This requires the leadership style I bring to the governance table. It takes trust, effective communication, strong relationships, transparent and consultative engagement, and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results. It also demands focused listening and advocacy, supported by solid strategic planning and governance capabilities. These are my strengths.

I have a business background and respect ratepayers’ requirements to spend their precious money wisely, making the region a better place to live and work, now and in the future.

I will continue advocating for a common-sense approach to regulations, with realistic timeframes for implementing practical and effective solutions.

My understanding of local issues and ability to think critically and strategically will ensure reasoned decision making, good governance, and effective representation of our community.
