Lobbyists are trying to influence public policy every day; we think you should know who they are and what they want.

We've drafted a Bill that would set up a register of lobbyists so they operate in the open rather than in secret.

Many New Zealanders are concerned about corporate influence on the current Government – Warner Brothers, Westpac, SkyCity – so it's a good time for extra steps to safeguard open and honest politics.

Regards,

Metiria Turei
