1News’ last poll of the year shows ACT as the third most popular party.

We haven’t done it by trying to be popular, we’ve taken on hard issues. We’ve driven change based on our principles, and it’s paid off.

Here’s some recent highlights:

⁠Fixing devastating earthquake-strengthening laws
Neutering economically destructive methane targets
A Holidays Act nobody else could fix, fixed by Brooke van Velden
Finally replacing the Resource Management Act
A whole new Arms Act
⁠The Regulatory Standards Act defending property rights
$14 billion saved by ACT Ministers and policies – $57,000 per ACT voter!
No Treaty obligations for school boards

Like I say, these are recent highlights. A full list of achievements and changes is here.

Now, [Name], here’s a difficult truth: Labour will get back one day. So long as we’re a democracy, it’s almost inevitable. We can’t ignore that fact, but we can choose what to do about it.

Keeping them out for another three years is just buying time if we don’t fix the hard stuff.

This year we’ve shown we can not only fix the hard stuff, we can fix it and maintain support. I think that’s special.

Next year is the one that counts, though

We have already begun with our Candidate’s Register Open, Campaign Director appointed and baseline polling well underway.

This year has not been easy for many people, and we understand many people support us but just can’t right now. If you can give, though, please chip in for those who can’t.
