I am a 5th generation Piako & Hauraki local standing for both districts. I have served 3 years on and off the Frontlines of Ukraine including with the infamous chosen company. I would like a complete restructure of local government and return motivation for a new generation.
I would like to slowly phase out the rate payer by council investing in freehold rental properties and inviting the rate payer to be legal shareholders in their own rates with council rental investments operated as businesses.
