Update: Polling graph improvements

I've just updated the Historical Polling Data and Preferred PM Polling Data tools with easier controls.

Now you can select pollsters alongside parties, quickly toggle all options, and enjoy a cleaner interface. All pollsters are even selected by default, so you can dive right into the data at a glance.

I've also improved the tool tips on the graph, so when you hover over a poll result it's easier to read the date and result and now also shows the pollster that provided the results.
